Our client is one of the well-known telecommunication companies in Indonesia that is currently leading a groundbreaking fintech project.
**Responsibilities**:
- Identify growth possibilities across client segments using both platform data and user research data.
- Come up with creative ways to take advantage of such possibilities.
- Run tests, evaluate results and liaise with internal teams to operationalize identified solutions
- Develop growth initiatives roadmap based on impact, probability of success and resources required
- Work closely with product, design, engineering and operations teams to implement tests quickly
- Monitor the adoption of quantitative models to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness, and ensuring the model is representative of the business objectives.
- Monitor and benchmark competitor and industry trends so that they may be included into appropriate business assessments.
**Key Requirements**:
- Minimum 5 years of proven expertise in growth, with an emphasis on conversion.
- In-depth understanding of marketing tools (e.g Appsflyer, MoEngage, Clevertap, etc).
- Posess a solid communication in both written and verbal (English and Bahasa)
- Outstanding analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
