**What does the day-to-day look like?
**
- Set direction, short-term, and long-term strategy of Regulatory Affairs and Monitoring team
- Research, analyze, and review rules and regulations (current and newly issued) in Indonesia relevant to Bukalapak Group, services, and products, inter alia: e-commerce, data privacy, etc; documented in the form of an Internal Memo
- Conduct the following compliance checking and monitoring: (a) Ensuring the TOU (Terms of Use) and the Privacy Policy of the Bukalapak Group have contained or complied with new regulations that have an impact on the Bukalapak Group, (b) Ensuring that the relevant business units have implemented the provisions in the regulations that have an impact on the Bukalapak Group
- Provide regulatory advice to Bukalapak Group Business Units in need, including for new business initiatives
- Provide input from regulatory perspectives related to new/existing SOPs, policies, charters, and others
- Handle, manage, update, and coordinate with other squads within Bukalapak regarding the following Compliance Programs: (a) periodic Compliance Checklist, (b) regulatory monitoring, (c) SOPs related to the implementation of applicable external regulations at Bukalapak
- Review implementation of internal processes in accordance with the new regulations as reflected in the Regulatory Compliance System
**What does amazing look like?
**
- 8 years experience in Legal Firm and/or Regulatory Affairs role in a Corporation
- Experience in a similar industry is preferred,
strong legal and regulatory analytical and research skills
- Strong in critical thinking, and stakeholder management (especially influencing without authority)
- Clear and succinct communication style
- able to deliver interactive and simple training/socialization on Regulatory concepts to a large group of employees
