Senior Finance Officer

Full-time salaried position in our Jogja-based headquarter

Roles :
As Senior Finance Officer at DomaiNesia, you are responsible for the overall finance and tax planning/strategies of PT Deneva, which includes managing the accounting operations, costing, budgeting and taxation of the Company whilst ensuring compliance with the relevant regulations and financial reporting requirements.

Responsibilities
Develop financial strategies by analysing financial and accounting information, recommend strategic direction and establishing functional objectives in line with the Company objectives.
Analyse Company business and operations by identifying opportunities for improvement, cost reduction and systems enhancement.
Provide timely analysis and advise the Management on the Company’s financial management matters.
Ensuring the Company meets its commitment to its financial accountability and transparency.
Report financial status by providing forecasts, reporting results, analysing variances and developing improvements.
Report to authorities on tax/any related matters according to rules and regulations.

Requirements
Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance or any related field
A minimum of 4 years of experience in a related field
Excellent analytical, planning skills and attention to detail

Skills
Experience of working in a multi-disciplinary team
Solid budget management experience
Strong financial analytical skills
Knowledge of labour law and tax policies in Indonesia
Strong communication skills, written and verbal
Mastery of Google Sheet and Microsoft Excel
