Senior Executive – Compliance Management & Reporting

1. Assist in Good Corporate Governance and Financial Conglomerate implementation based on regulator requirement;
2. Assisting on preparation of compliance report for PCA Regional Compliance and various governance forum;
3. Handling and maintenance Breach Log Book including the follow up conduct to related parties in matter to close the breach. Also, assist in the effort to build breach awareness for all staff.
4. Ensure the related department has been implemented the obligation to submit the routine report to regulator through CMS – Compliance Monitoring System.
5. Provide socialization related to Compliance matters which includes monthly compliance checklist, breach report, and ad-hoc Compliance awareness.
6. Assisting on monitoring new and current regulation implementation including socialization to related function and working with various departments and functions to facilitate compliance with Government laws and regulations.
7. Support implementation of PCA Regional Compliance Project and Company project.
8. Review and update internal SOPs and related Compliance TOR
9. Oversight of Regional Compliance Standard (RCS) Implementation across function.
