The role holder will be required to assist the Head of Channel Profitability and Actuarial Manager - Channel Profitability to:
1. Review and perform financial evaluation on incentive business cases proposed by distribution channel (i.e.
Partnership Distribution, Corporate Business, and other new channels).
2.
Perform post implementation review on approved incentive business cases.
3.
Track incentive spent vs agreed number.
4.
Support Channel Profitability Manager to work with distribution channel to evaluate effectiveness of compensation to sellers and recommend changes to management together with distribution channels.
5.
Perform financial evaluation of distribution related projects, e.g.
partnership deals or strategic projects.
6.
Support review of Group Business proposals which would be used for approval recommendation to Chief Actuary, including appropriateness of assumption setting and profitability level.
