Persyaratan
**Requirement**:
- A bachelor's degree in any field of study
- At least three to five (3-5) years' experience in customer servicing
- Good command (verbal & written) of English and local language.
- Critical Thinking — Use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
- Possess good training skills in order to educate and provide solutions to customers' concerns / pain points (including virtual & face to face customer interaction)
- Has passion and drive to provide exceptional customer service.
Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
- Have excellent communication and presentation skills.
Able to communicate clearly to customers to convey detailed information effectively.
- Able to work under pressure and handle challenging customers in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in online businesses and/ or technology
- South-East Asia experience point plus
Tanggung Jawab
**Role Summary & Responsibility**:
- Diagnose and address sourcing roadblocks by proactively educating hirers on sourcing best practices and technique, through face to face visits/ via online meetings / or via phone
- Successfully intervene identified hirers monthly and probe effectively to gain more information that will provide details of the hirer's problem and solve the root cause
- Deep dive on hiring pain points and provide solutions on better hiring strategies
- Partner with sales for account management
- Create customer reports and analysis to help internal and external customers address recruitment challenges and needs.
Prepare deck presentation for targeted customers on market insights, comparison to industry, comparison to competitors and solutioning
