Senior Corporate Finance & Investor Relation

Job Description:
Provide financial and strategic analysis on major decisions related to the company’s funding strategy, M&A opportunities, and strategic initiatives Interact with business unit leads to analyze business performance and drive positive strategic changes across the organization Assist in the preparation of regular and ad hoc internal reporting (highlighting key financial and business performance indicators) and investor communications as needed Develop/review financial models that help guide the decision making process for long-term strategic planning with relation to revenue/cost drivers and new business initiatives Conduct industry research related to trends risks, and opportunities Minimum Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree More than 3 years of working experience in related positions Advanced computer skills in MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint and Word) Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written (Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English) High attention to detail Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills working on complex and time-sensitive issues Ability to manipulate large amounts of data and compile detailed reports Comfort with ambiguity Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time
