The creative division supports all divisions related to branding or visuals. and it means that almost all of our divisions are supported to run their programs. help to make creative concept in a campaign till execution.
Basically, in creating a campaign there are 2 big things, first one is narrative which will later be reduced to copy text (headlines, subheadlines, body copy, etc.) and visuals as the final output to convey the message you want to give to the target, usually visuals are in the form of still banner, motion or video. It all depends on the needs of the campaign itself
And the copywriter here is tasked with creating the initial concept of the campaign in the form of a narrative then they have to convert it to the required copy text. We needed a copywriter who chose words carefully, and had the intuition to create short, direct and compact sentences. More value if it has an "edgy sense" which will make this campaign look different than other campaigns.
Key Point of Responsibilities
Well-rounded storyteller with authenticity,
Be owning all copy/text in the marketing tools i.e brochures, advertising, social media (Instagram, Facebook, Website, and LinkedIn),
Experienced delivering verbal and visual communication (words/sound) accompanied with visual elements (working closely with Graphic Designer),
Responsible with content management, media releases, digital copy-writing, and content quality assurance to ensure content/copy are inspiring, concise, and informative,
Produce advertising/promotional materials in form of writing,
Produce conceptual/creative idea development for online and/or digital campaigns,
Produce clear marketing copy to promote our products/services.
Requirements
Minimum 2 year experience from advertising agency or in-house brand,
Bachelor's Degree from reputable university,
Fluent in English and Bahasa written,
Experienced developing copy ideas to story board,
Creative and passionate in advertising, campaign, and brand.
