Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end procurement activities for indirect materials and services, including CAPEX, MRO, laboratory equipment, and heavy rental equipment
Develop and implement strategic sourcing strategies for indirect categories to ensure cost efficiency, quality, and supply continuity
Perform market analysis and supplier benchmarking to support competitive sourcing and negotiation decisions
Develop and apply Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) analysis to evaluate sourcing options beyond initial purchase price
Drive efficiency improvements for small and recurring items through standardization, supplier consolidation, and sourcing optimization
Lead supplier selection, negotiation, and commercial evaluation in alignment with business and procurement objectives
Collaborate closely with regional and global procurement teams to align category strategies and leverage best practices
Support contract/commercial documentation and ensure purchases follow applicable procurement governance and administrative requirements
Work with internal stakeholders to clarify specifications, timelines, and sourcing requirements
Support the Procurement Manager in coaching, developing, and supervising the Lampung procurement team
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in related field
Minimum 5 years' experience in procurement/sourcing, indirect categories such as CAPEX and MRO will be preferred
Experience in managing procurement for packaging material
Able to communicate clearly in English (spoken and written)
Skills & Competencies
Strategic sourcing and category management capability (especially indirect spending)
Strong analytical skills: cost breakdown, benchmarking, and building TCO models
Negotiation and supplier relationship management
Ability to drive process improvement and efficiency initiatives for recurring small items
Ability to perform technical review of specifications and recommend fit-for-purpose options
