TikTok e-commerce Creator Growth and Development team's objective is to acquire and cultivate creators in a scalable way to create e-commerce content in TikTok.
This role will require daily interaction with local creators.

**Responsibilities**:
- Identify emerging seller client needs and trends, and transform them into products
- Construct high-level strategic business plans and identify new sources of growth by Identifying market gaps and opportunities.
- Develop ideas and proposals to sellers through pitching and presentations.
- Negotiate deals with sellers and curate SKUs for various campaigns, promotions, online marketing, required for short video and live streaming on TikTok.
- Analyze sellers' progress, activities, sales performances, and category initiatives to drive transaction and revenue performance.
- Manage pricing strategy, product assortment, stock availability of sellers in the category.
- Identify target SKU and sellers for TikTok shop
- Work in tandem with Category Lead and Relationship Managers to pitch and close, especially for large strategic clients
- Retention: Monitor Logistics, Fulfillment, and Product/Inventory performance as driving and executing a strategy for seller.
Prioritize needed interventions with Logistics Ops, seller Ops, and Relationship Manager to improve seller experience and value
- Minimum Bachelor's degree or above
- 2+ years of experience in social community management, have a strong connection with KOLs or celebrities.
- Familiar with different social apps and tools such as WhatsApp/Telegram
- Strong understanding of content especially TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other content driven platforms.
- E-commerce platform heavy user
- Data driven, strong execution, good communication, collaborative, and time management skills; comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Proficient in English and Bahasa
