About the Senior Business Analyst Role:
In this role, you will defines project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases and elements, forming project teams, and establishing project budgets.
Key Responsibilities:
Writes Specifications by analysing requirements, constructs workflow charts and diagrams, and studies and reviews system capabilities. Analyses information needs and functional requirements: delivering the required artifacts (e.g. functional requirements, business requirements document, use cases, GUI and screen and Interface designs)
Determines operational objectives by studying business functions, gathering information, and evaluating output requirements and formats
Monitors project progress by tracking activity, raising and resolving problems, publishing progress reports, and recommending actions
Works with project leads to transform and develop new requirements into user flows
Ensures project issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved in a timely manner
Drives continuous process improvement and sets control mechanisms for identified problems
Proactively communicates and collaborates with internal/external customers
Hires and mentors business analyst team to constantly strive for excellence in performance
To succeed in this Senior Business Analyst role, you must have experienced working on mobile/software development projects.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's or master's degree in Information Technology
Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
3 - 5 years' experience in a business analyst role. Experienced with Scrum-Agile methodologies
At least four years' experience working in mobile development project (iOS, Android, backend, frontend, etc.)
Strong knowledge of all phases of software development including requirements analysis, design, coding, testing (integration, user, performance), debugging, implementation, and support
