About Senior BD Manager - Industrial Water Solution Role:
In this role, you will be responsible for leading business development team and establishing new client relationships as well as strengthening on existing relationships for the company. This role will be fit for a person who mastered direct sales experience not channel management in water quality solution.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales growth and increase market share in assigned area by growing the base of existing and potential customer in food and beverage, chemical, and pharma segments
Oversee the prospecting and monitoring of external sources to project market trends and opportunities that would potentially affect the key revenue for all payments products and services
Manage customer relationship from top to bottom and ensure customer satisfaction through effective product and service offerings
Develop and drive strategic business relationships and alliances with private and public sector with a view to acquire, grow, and maintain the business and securing a competitive advantage in the market place
Strategise and drive marketing and service offerings to key accounts
Develop, implement and sustain comprehensive account plans to achieve annual sales numbers
Understand customer requirements and offer correct products or technology solutions
Teamwork with supply chain and service teams to ensure fulfilment of order to customer satisfaction
Monitor and analyse competition activities in the sales territory
Regular updating of CRM – SFDC
To succeed in this Senior BD Manager - Industrial Water Solution role, you will need to have minimum 10 years of experience in the similar field (industry), as well as the ability to work effectively and co-operatively within the team, across borders and internal matrix.
Key Requirements:
Preferably with a recognised bachelor's or master's degree in electrical, marketing, business management, or others
10 or more years of direct selling and business development experience in instrumentation or chemical engineering equipment sales
Minimum of five years managerial experience specialising in sales in the B2B food manufacturer market
Prior experience working with regional and global key accounts
Prior experience working with customers from food and beverage and pharma company
Experience working in a multinational company
Industrial B2B selling
Excellent presentation skills and strong analytical skills
