Senior Back End Engineer

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop tools to improve the existing process, including infrastructure reliability, service performance, and developer productivity.
- Continuously improve code quality, product execution, and learning experience.
- Coordinate across teams (Mobile, Frontend, DevOps, Data, UI/UX, QA etc.)
on planning and execution.
- Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability.
- Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency

**Requirements**:

- 3+ Years Experiences as Software Engineer (Back end)
- Fast learner & good analytical thinking.
- Advanced knowledge in (according to priorities) Python, Go, or any other programming language, as long as you are capable of learning quickly
- Have experience with distributed storage and database systems, including SQL or NoSQL.
- Have a systematic problem-solving approach and knowledge of algorithms, data structures, and complexity analysis.
- Good communication skill, team player and comfortable working with a cross-functional team.
- Have a passion for learning, improving and contributing to projects with a strong sense of ownership.
- Self-starter with strong self management skills, strong attention to detail

**Salary**: Rp10,000,000 - Rp18,000,000 per month

**Experience**:
