About the Senior Associate Role:
In the business critical role, you will be responsible for playing a key role in sourcing and managing investment opportunities. You will need to have strong interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to strategise as well as execute the deals. This role reports to the Director.
Key Responsibilities:
Engaging with potential investments and managing relationships
Conducting market research, due diligence and investment analysis
Evaluating business plans with strong finance/investing technical skills
Developing investment theses and deal structures
Championing investments through the internal approval process and present to team
Supporting portfolio companies as/when required
To succeed in this Senior Associate job, you must have in-depth knowledge of corporate finance and strong financial modelling with proficiency in English and excellent leadership skills.
Key Requirements:
At least three years' of professional experience in PE/IB/Big 4 advisory firm
Experience creating and analysing both business plans and business models with exposures in B2C industry/sectors is a great plus
Entrepreneurial mindset: self-starter willing to take initiatives and “roll up” their sleeves to get their hands dirty
Ability to balance team/individual workloads through time management and prioritisation
Proficient and articulate communicator in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
Solid leadership with excellent presentation and negotiation skills
