Advanced level in AutoCAD 2D and 3D (Photoshop / Illustrator / CorelDraw, 3Dmax, sketch up or other
Related design software are appreciated)
Highly motivated, able to work as an individual or in a team, trustworthy, highly responsible, able to work thoroughly, hard worker.
Willing to do site survey.
Interest in 3d modeling (making mock-up/ Marquette)
Minimal Intermediate level in English oral & written.
Good communicator
Excellent hand sketching
Responsibilities :
Prepare all data and information from service users and other relevant parties about the needs and development requirements for the purpose and development objectives can be met perfectly.
Perform and examination of all data and information received, making data analysis and processing of produce program design and design concept.
Set the pattern and composition of architecture embodied in the drawings (sketches) and mockups, while the functional value in the form of diagrams. Other qualitative aspects and quantitative aspects such as the approximate floor area, the use of information materials, construction systems, cost, and time of execution of development presented in the form of written reports and pictures
Determine the system construction and building structures, mechanical-electrical systems, as well as other related disciplines to consider the feasibility of both separate and integrated manner.
Translating design concepts embodied in the development of the design into the drawings (CAD) and mockups that can give descriptions of technical detail so that individually or as a whole can explain the process of implementation and construction supervision.
Presents the implementation of the document in the form of working drawings (CAD) and final mockups and specification writing and construction engineering requirements are clear, complete and orderly, as well as the calculation quantity of work and estimated cost of implementing the development of clear, precise, and detail.
*Processing results of image-making work in the form of tender document formats that are equipped with writing description of the Work Plan and Terms of the technical implementation of the work (RKS) and Budget Plan (RAB) including Volume List (Bill of Quantity / BQ) (ADDITIONAL)
Conduct periodic review and supervision in the field and met regularly with service users and Integrated Supervision (Construction Management) designated by the service user
Ensure that their buildings are safe, useful and artistic
Keeping within financial budgets and deadlines
Resolving problems and issues that arise during construction
Working with contractors and construction workers through the Construction Manager
