Senior Accountants are responsible for managing and overseeing the accounting department of an organization. They are typically responsible for overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, tax compliance, and other accounting-related functions.**Responsibilities**:Oversee the daily operations of the accounting department, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, and payroll.Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and maintain accurate tax records and filings.Develop and maintain internal controls and policies to ensure the integrity of financial reporting.Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and provide insights to senior management to support decision-making.Manage and mentor a team of accountants, providing guidance and training as needed.Collaborate with other departments to identify and address financial and accounting-related issues.Ensuring timely and accurate completion of all accounting processes, such as accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, and payroll.Monitoring and managing budgeting and forecasting processes, working closely with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial information.Maintaining compliance with local tax regulations and ensuring accurate and timely tax filings and payments.Developing and maintaining internal controls and policies to ensure the integrity of financial reporting.Preparing and reviewing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and providing insights to senior management to support decision-making.Managing and mentoring a team of accountants, providing guidance and training as needed.Collaborating with other departments to identify and address financial and accounting-related issues.Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.CPA (Certified Public Accountant) certification preferred.At least 7 years of experience in accounting, with a proven track record of success in a senior accounting role.Strong technical expertise in accounting principles and financial analysis.Experience with tax regulations and compliance in Indonesia.Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage a team and collaborate with other departments.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide insights and recommendations based on financial data.Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
