KEY RESPONSIBILITIESRecord daily transactions for AR and AP in the system.Monitor and reconcile GR/IR and resolve discrepancies.Manage payment planning, prepare payment proposals, obtain approvals, and execute payments.Ensure proper withholding tax deductions on applicable payments.Perform bank reconciliations.Prepare monthly tax reports and tax equalization reports.Prepare monthly financial reports and balance sheet reconciliations.Maintain vendor master data and bank account listings.Monitor fixed assets and Capex tracker; support physical inventory and asset verification.Prepare Bank Indonesia monthly reporting.Support audit and tax documentation requirements.Perform other duties assigned by the Superior.REQUIREMENTSBachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.3–5 years of experience in accounting/finance roles.Strong knowledge of accounting principles and internal controls.Good understanding of taxation, especially withholding tax (Brevet A & B preferred).
Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Navision, or similar).
Familiar with e-banking systems.Proficient in Microsoft Excel.Strong reconciliation, analytical, and data accuracy skills.Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.Good communication skills in English (written and verbal).
