- Ensure accurate valuation of Micron's inventory.
- Generate product cost information to enable decision support and financial forecasting.
- Lead changes to valuation models to support evolving product portfolios.
- Ensure internal controls are effectively designed and implemented.
- Support the implementation of an ERP solution to provide a richer grain of inventory valuation.
- Identify issues impacting the accuracy of inventory valuation and recommend solutions.
- React to ad-hoc requests by upper management.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, accounting or related field of study
- 5 years of accounting/finance experience
- CPA or accounting degree preferred
