You will be part of the Carrier Relations team, working closely with both internal and external partners.·We need a service-oriented individual with a keen eye for detail and processes, strong ability to follow up and time discipline.Main Responsibilities·Work in partnership with various internal departments, acting as SMS compliance liaison between Wavecell and our SMS partners.·Process Sender ID registration requests: checking to ensure all necessary documentation and information has been provided accurately by customers and processing these requests with our SMS partners.Follow up with all stakeholders (internal and external) to ensure timely registration.Test and confirm registration of Sender-IDs and content, working with operations and SMS Partners.Communicate and update the statuses of Sender ID requests across the business, as needed.·Perform on-going analysis of new and existing customer SMS use-cases/message content to ensure compliance with Wavecell and country-specific SMS requirements. ·Advise our Sales (and their clients) with regards to their Sender ID needs, suggesting the best methods and practices to achieve their SMS needs.·Create and maintain customer-facing documentation, focused on global SMS requirements, and country-specific requirements.·Create, execute, review and update procedures for testing, troubleshooting, configuring, and whitelisting global Sender IDs.·May research and learn global SMS requirements, staying well-informed of regulatory changes that affect delivery of SMS across the world.·Ensure that the department resource is updated and maintained with the latest global SMS information. ·Perform route tests as required. Desired Skills and Experience·2-4 years of experience in customer service, or service support administration.·Working with team members and clients in different geographic locations and time zones.·Reliable and accountable individual, able to take ownership and prioritize tasks based on their urgency and severity and tight deadlines.·Fast learner with ability to quickly develop proficiency using existing reporting, technical and operational tools.·Capable of working on your own in a constantly-changing and fast-paced environment.·Strong communications and problem-solving skills, positive work ethic, and proactive professional demeanour is required.·Experience and knowledge of mobile telecommunications services, especially SMS is advantageous.·Professional and proficiency in business English and Bahasa Indonesia. Qualifications·Verbal and written fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a must.
