As the Seller Support Assistant Manager, you will play a critical role in managing the day-to-day operations of the seller support team.
You will be responsible for overseeing seller inquiries, providing guidance to the support agents, resolving disputes, enforcing policies, and ensuring high-quality assistance is delivered to our valued sellers.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Proven experience in managing seller support or customer service teams, preferably in the e-commerce or marketplace industry.
Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on providing effective solutions to seller issues.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish a connection with sellers and build strong relationships.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
