The teams are always looking to acquire business opportunities to drive Shopee to be the No.
1 e-commerce platform in Southeast Asia and Taiwan.
The aim of the Business Development and Partnership teams is to provide Shopee's buyers with a wide variety of product listings at the best prices.
- Collaborate and maintain strong communication with regional SeaMoney team
- Pull relevant data to track, assess, and analyze product performance & improve product adoption
- Collaborate and coordinate across internal team for program push
- Create projection & target to achieve for seller promotion program / campaign
- Assist in campaign ideation, implementation and tracking
- Assist in business improvement initiatives & creating reports

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor degree or master degree on any field (preferably with business or engineering background)
- 1-4 years of working experience in a strategy / management consulting / startup / e-commerce / business development.
- Strong data analysis skills - able to do data cleaning, analysis, exploration, statistical analysis, and create dashboards, able to do data query is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel with advanced knowledge of functions
- Good verbal and written communication in English - including good power point skills
- Be able to work both as individual contributor as well as team player
