Security & Parking Coordinator - Bsd

**Job Descriptions**:- Plan and estimate the cost of building security activities according to SOP.- Perform administrative checks (labor, parking revenue, traffic, reports, invoices, etc.)- Collect data on all security & parking equipment (log sheet/checklist) in accordance with the agreed work contract.- Evaluate and provide proposals for the development of building security & parking systems as a reference for improving operational activities.**Job Qualifications**:- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Architecture major.- Minimum 2 years of working experience in warehouse management/- Computer literate (Ms. Office).- Ability to create budgeting and housekeeping work plan.- Willing to be placed in BSD City.
