Security, Health & Safety Manager

**SECURITY, HEALTH & SAFETY MANAGER**

**JOB DUTIES**
- ** Conduct Security, Health and Safety, and BCM related investigations and other inquiries as required.
**:

- ** To recommend and initiate actions to investigate and resolve significant security, BCM and Health & Safety incidents as they occur.
**:

- ** Provide input and participate in the reporting of Security, BCM and Safety incidents into the database**:

- ** Conduct the HIRAC (Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment and Corrective Measures)**:

- ** Maintaining the DHL BCM and OHS Certification, ISO documentations and records.
**:

- ** Promote Security, BCM, OHS culture, the implementation of Security, BCM, OHS basics, and drive Security, BCM and OHS initiatives to the country business.
**:

- ** Provides support on Security, BCM and Health & Safety topics to Operations management, and the Country organization.
**:

- ** To assist in the BCM and OHS activities and take part actively in the Incident Management Team/Emergency Response Team at Station level.
**:

- ** Minimize Health & Safety risks by preventive measures, and Continual Improvement of Health & Safety standards and performance.
**:

- ** Ensure that compliance to mandatory and statutory related reporting.
**:

- ** Report any incident in the Global Incident Reporting System (MATRIX).
**:

- ** Ad hoc related work as and when necessary.
**

**JOB REQUIREMENT**
- Education background minimum Bachelor Degree
- Has minimum 5 years Security and Occupational Health and Safety experience in Manufacturing, E-Commerce, or Logistic Industry
- English Fluency both in writing and speaking
- Computer Literacy is a must
