Responsibilities
Plan, implement, and review performance targets (time, quality, cost, profitability) with strong teamwork.
Make timely and accurate decisions; ensure effective coordination and customer satisfaction (internal & external).
Contribute to and be responsible for improving company profitability.
Ensure projects/activities meet objectives in time, quality, and cost through proactive initiatives and proper reporting.
Direct business processes using standard formats and internal/external benchmarking.
Develop, empower, and plan human resources, including anticipating future needs.
Define clear job de ions and KPIs (BSC/KPI) and ensure performance evaluation implementation.
Apply quality, safety, and environmental management systems effectively (e.g., ISO, SMK3, RSPO).
Ensure implementation of Smart D Safe.
Develop subordinates in line with company and business needs.
