Job Descriptions:

- Providing administrative support and reporting
- Managing multiple or complex calendars (scheduling) for meetings, travel and personal appointment
- Handling correspondences and information requests
- Maintaining hardcopy documents and electronic filing system

Job Qualifications:

- Minimum Bachelor Degree from Secretarial Academy or related
- Proven working experience of at least 3 years as Secretary / Personal Assistant
- Proficiency in Ms Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc)
- High degree of multi-tasking and time management skills
- Organized, detailed, quick, flexible, communicative, confident and attractive
- Proficient in English (both verbal and written)
- Willing to be placed in Jakarta, Thamrin
