Science Teacher For Social Communities

**Jobdesc**:

- Develop and implement programs to teach skills to children in orphanages, kids from low income communities and slum areas
- Create learning modules written in Bahasa Indonesia (or English if needed)
- Create and ensure effective teaching methods
- Teaching or presenting materials in a fun way
- Developing modules, syllabi, and workshop materials
- Establishing partnerships with schools and educational institutions
- Managing proposals, budgeting, and databases

**Requirement**:

- Bachelor of Science Education (Prefer Physics Education)
- Having experience as a Science teacher for at least 2 years
- Aged between 20-30 years.
- Physically and mentally healthy.
- Energetic and cheerful personality.
- Supportive and think positively.
- Ready to collaborate within a team.
- Willing to work full-time at the Foundation either WFO (Bintaro Sector 7, South Tangerang) if needed or WFH.
- Available to work onsite on weekends/public holidays
- Possesses a strong work ethic and high motivation.
- Creative in preparing game-related materials for children's group learning.
- Experience in teaching children and enjoys playing with them.
- Has a background in pedagogical education for preparing teaching materials, modules, and curricula.
- Understands the world of children and effective learning patterns for children's groups.
- Domiciled in South Tangerang or around Tangerang would be preferred
- Prefer have previous experience in community outreach, education, or a related field
- Have interest in social work and education
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic understanding of the challenges and opportunities in the education sector
- Having a personal vehicle (including a driver's license).
