Job Overview:
Erect and dismantle all types of scaffolding as instructed in a disciplined, orderly and safe manner. Ensure compliance with HSE policy , Quality, Ethics Policies. Inspect all personal tools and harnesses before use, rejecting if defects are evident.
Key Responsibility/Accountability:
Identify and remove from site immediately any tools or materials which are unsafe, damaged or defective. (Report to Scaffolding Foreman). Responsible and accountable for ensuring that good housekeeping discipline is employed at all times while carrying out his daily tasks. Attend all Toolbox Talks. Always ensure that the area being worked is cordoned off in compliance with the company regulations. Report to Foreman in a timely manner any obstacles which are likely to impede the crew's ability to meet targets. Check that scaffold tags are signed and up to date. Report to foreman if any discrepancies. Continually observe and communicate any ideas for improvement in Quality or Productivity to the Scaffolding Foreman. High standard of safe working practice, quality and productivity as well as compliance with Code of Business Conduct.
Desired/Preferred Qualifications :
Minimum 3 years over Posses Scaffolding experience. Familiar with BS standard and Australia standard scaffolding. Ability to erection scaffolding Tower, dance floor, birdcage and hang scaffolding. MANDATORY Holding valid K-3 Scaffolding technician certification. Minimum Senior High School graduate or process relevant experience.
