About the Role
Climb on board and fasten your helmet if you're ready to be our Satellite Operations Supervisor (SOS). As our Satellite Operations Supervisor (SOS) will work independently in your territory (Pangkal Pinang). In this role, you'll be working closely with the District Operation Manager to update what happened on the ground and discuss the action plan to solve the problems. Your main responsibility is to handle all the driver community, marketing, and driver care responsibilities on satellite level.
What You Will Do
Manage driver problems, channel walk in as well as manage service time, driver and customer satisfaction
Ensure problem solving according to agreed process and based on Standard Operational Procedure (SOP)
Managing the day to day marketing activities of the organization and long term marketing strategy for the company
Developing the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objective
Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives
What You Will Need
Bachelor's Degree in any field from a reputable university
At least 3 years experience in related field
Passionate about community development, having relevant previous experience would be preferred & Ability to identify and track relevant community metrics
Experience launching community initiatives (building an online forum, launching an ambassador program, creating an event series, etc)
Excellent verbal communication and writing skills & Enjoy interacting with many people but also good in document information
Good in data analysis (Excel, Big Query)
About the Team
Our Indonesia Region team, a subsidiary of the Operation & Sales team, consists of hundreds of people based in Indonesia. Working alongside the product team, we are predominantly concerned with all things to do with our driver partners - their experiences using our services, their life cycle, their engagement with the company, and growing our driver partner family, just to name a few. The gist of our role is to oversee the supply within Gojek, including creating detailed business analyses, outlining problems, and developing solutions for our driver partners.
The operations team is responsible for managing supply though a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, and developing solutions for the drivers. Continuously finding creative solutions, this team aims to develop the Gojek ecosystem that improves the welfare and well being of drivers.
