Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sample Room Section Chief based in Surakarta.
The primary responsibilities include managing and supervising the sample creation process, coordinating with designers and production teams, and ensuring sample quality and timelines are met accurately.
Additional responsibilities include staff coaching and skill development within the sample room as well as ensuring compliance with company standards to maintain the brand's authenticity and quality.
Qualifications
Knowledge and experience in garment production processes, including pattern-making and tailoring
Strong skills in team leadership, coordination, and employee training
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure precise sample quality
Proficiency in design interpretation and collaboration with designers
Problem-solving abilities to address production challenges efficiently
Effective communication skills and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field is preferred
Commitment to preserving and promoting cultural heritage and craftsmanship
