STAR or Sales Trainee Academy by Ruangguru is a training and internship program designed to prepare the best and highly dedicated Educational Consultants to contribute to improving the quality of education in Indonesia.
Selected trainees will be paid interns during the training process.
This program is open to various regions across Indonesia.

Job Descriptions
Participate in 1-2 weeks of training focusing on: Basic Education & Sales, Product Knowledge, Field Sales Management & Routine, Telesales routines (CRM, Campaign, Chat & Call), Roleplay.
Trainees will be divided into teams to learn adaptation and implementation of theories with mentor guidance for 2-3 weeks.
Job Requirements

Last education level D3 & S1 with sales experience are welcome to apply.
Willing to work from the office (according to placement).
Confident, persistent, disciplined, responsible, and target-oriented.
Enjoy speaking in public.
Own a laptop and smartphone.
