Developing sales strategies and setting sales targets for individuals and team as a whole

Establishing, maintaining, and expanding client base
Servicing the needs of user
Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market.
Having experience in Software as a Service company (POS, accounting, HRIS, etc) is a plus
Minimum 4-5 years experience as sales
Good business sense
Ables to motivate, lead a team and work calmly under pressure
Excellent communication, Initiative, enthusiasm & 'people skills'
Good planning and organizational skills.
