The Influx Inbound Sales Support or Sales Development Representative (SDR) monitors inbound sales channels to respond to new leads quickly and accurately. Through a quick understanding of the lead's information, the inbound SDR responds through the appropriate digital channel to guide the new prospect to the best possible solution. We're looking for a sales representative with a high level of attention to detail who can follow guidelines well and has the hunger for success.**Essential Duties**:- Respond to inbound inquiries with written messaging in a timely, efficient and professional manner.- Use Influx's internal systems of Outreach, Slack, Intercom, and Missive to check for inbound inquiries and record information accurately.- Escalate detailed inquiries to the appropriate person per guidelines.**Required Skills, Abilities & Knowledge**:- **Have excellent spoken and written communication skills in English** (a must!)- **Have experience using CRM tools** (a must!)- A neat person, with excellent organizational skills- A laptop/PC with system Windows 10, Ram 8.0 GB or more, 32-bit- Internet speed min. 30 Mbps- Have the ability to multitask, use multiple systems, and monitor inbound inquiries- Must be able to work during designated hours and respond to new inquiries within 5 minutes, with the quality above 95%**Benefits**:- Work from home 100%- Extensive opportunities within startup environments- Open communication- More international exposure, working with fun and creative Asia teamInterested?
