And we're looking for someone to help us reach more young people who need what we offer.The RoleWe're hiring a SALES SUPERVISOR to own and grow our B2C revenue engine.You'll lead a team of sales reps, build and optimize our digital sales funnels, run offline activations at universities and events, and be directly responsible for hitting monthly enrollment targets.This is not a coordination role.
This is a revenue leadership role.What You'll OwnLead, coach, and develop a B2C sales team to consistently hit and exceed targetsBuild and optimize end-to-end digital sales funnels (ads ? landing page ? follow-up ? close)Plan and execute offline activation campaigns — campus visits, roadshows, community eventsOwn the full sales cycle: lead generation, nurturing, conversion, and retention handoffSet weekly/monthly KPIs for the team and hold accountabilityCollaborate with Marketing to align campaigns with sales strategyWhat We're Looking For5+ years of B2C sales experience — digital, offline, or bothProven track record: bring numbers, conversion rates, and team performance data — not just a job titleExperience leading and managing a sales team (min. 3–5 people)Strong understanding of digital sales funnels — Meta Ads, WhatsApp automation, landing pages, CRM toolsUnderstanding of Gen Z buying behavior is a major plusHigh energy, data-driven, and accountableExcellent communication and coaching skillsComfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environmentNice to HaveBackground in EdTech, consumer products, or financial services (B2C high-volume)Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Notion, or WhatsApp CRM systemsWhat You GetCompetitive base salary + performance-based commission (uncapped)Direct access and mentorship from the CEOFast career growth — we promote from withinNo cover letter needed.
