Sales Supervisor - Automotive Parts Manufacturing

Job Detail
1. Implement sales activity based on the sales budget and target
2. discuss a strategy to implement the sales plan with the superior
3. Implement the sales plan based on sales Budget, comparing the actual and the target
4. Doing Market Research to support the sales plan together with the sales department
5. Maintain good relationships with existing clients and develop new clients
6. Handle complains
7. Report to Manager
·Male around 35 - 40 years old
·Have a minimum of Bachelor degree in Engineering or equivalent
·Have more than 5 years of experiences in sales for automotive parts manufacturing, and have more than 3 years of experiences as a coordinator or supervisor level in related industry
·Having experienced in Japanese company is a must
·Must have an excellent English (business level) both written and oral.
·Team work and fast learner, Excellent negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills, leadership, passionate, strong personality
·Willing to work and domicile in Karawang
