**Role**:
As the Manager, Sales Strategy & Operations, you will provide key insights and recommendations to executives and sales leaders.
You will drive the sales operating cadence through weekly and monthly business reviews and play a large role in conducting sales analyses, business/investment planning and other strategic initiatives.
**Responsibilities**
- Work with cross-functional organizations within to drive alignment and collaboration on the execution and achievement of key business goals on a weekly and monthly basis
- Lead goals setting, tracking and performance measurement of the business.
Challenge the organization by working on plans to address weaknesses and help drive processes to exceed goals consistently.
- Structure and execute operational and strategic initiatives by developing work plans, gathering and synthesizing relevant data, leading analyses, and developing final recommendations.
- Create operational programs and strategies that influence and optimize our Sales Process from lead to close
- Partner with other teams to develop annual capacity, segmentation, and headcount plans
- Create and optimize quota targets, ramp schedules ,and incentive compensation plans
- Chart a path for sustained and repeatable sales excellence through improvements of existing processes / tools, territory optimization, robust KPIs, and more.
- Develop and nurture Sales Strategy & Operations team members

**Basic Qualifications**
- 3 to 4+ years of experience in Sales Operations/Business Operations, Consulting, or similar roles, preferably at high growth technology/SaaS companies and/or consulting firms
- Experience as a people manager leading and developing a team of individual contributors
- Proven track record of leading strategic and operational cross-functional initiatives in a high-growth, performance-focused environment
- Strong analytical fluency, modeling, presentation, and problem solving skills
- Ability to balance the needs of numerous stakeholders to quickly drive towards the most optimal solution
- Exceptional problem solving and analytical skills; demonstrated ability to structure complex problems, navigate challenging data sets, develop solutions, and craft high-quality executive presentations
- Strong communication skills, including experience, effectively communicating with senior leaders
- Experience with data analysis/modeling (Excel, SQL) and the ability to see beyond the numbers to drive sound decision-making would be a plus
