**Job Summary**
The Sales Specialist works with the Lead Salesperson to meet agreed sales and revenue targets.
The Sales Specialist will generate detailed client / product knowledge, market knowledge and cultivate client relationships in order to generate sales opportunities.
**Responsibilities**
- Establishment of new relationship with targeted multinational corporations by tying in banking requirement with DB's various product offering.
- Farming of cash management, trade finance and fixed income and currencies opportunities from RTM customer portfolio.
- Updating customers on product trends and regulatory changes.
- Identify product gaps and communicate to regional product management.
- Ensure alignment of RTM client portfolio with current regulatory and compliance requirements, and timely escalation of significant financial or non-financial risk matters.
- Handle new credit package including renewals and amendments in order for asset growth to be achieved with proper governance.
- Monitor key drivers of the business to push growth and examine anomalies or negative trend which may impact monetization.
- Be a key part of coordination and execution of initiatives/projects.
- Expectation is for the individual to be transitioned as Relationship Manager within 12 month period.

- Strong interpersonal, communication and influencing skills - ability to relate to different level of clients and internal stake holders
- Solution oriented and good attention to detail - and able to follow through from fact finding to final execution and keeping clients updated
- Ability work in co-operative manner and find resolutions
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa
- Good analytical skill, detail-oriented and comfortable working with large data
- Graduate with knowledge of basic finance and banking.
2+ years experience/exposure to banking and/or non-bank financial institutions.
Ideally with exposure on client coverage/ relationship management role.
- Ability to provide proper references
