**Role Definition**:Manage the sales of Novus products and business development in Indonesia in accordance with Novus International strategy.
Provides informal guidance to junior team members.
Receives instruction, guidance and direction from manager and other senior professionals.
**General Responsibilities**
- Perform sales and marketing duties in order to execute approved business plans, exercising judgement within defined practices.
- Ensure timely and accurate S&OP, KPI, PLM, and CRM functionalities, and in the same timeframe in order to continue increasing business efficiency, implement stakeholder feedback for each to upgrade function/performance (DOS).
- Build assigned area into a broader, multi-product/program and customer focused company with ongoing contribution and recommendations to PREP process and quarterly product and species review.
- Perform budgeting, forecasting and coordinating regulatory follow-up in area.
- Support existing business development activities while diversifying the company by proposing new products development.
Provide relevant information to marketing team.
- Assist in the definition and implementation of CSR activities that extend Novus beyond the local statutory obligations, and support activities and programs that improve quality of life of local communities and society at large while meeting corporate objectives.
- Adhere to the Novus Management System (NMS), Novus Integrity System (NIS) and all policies and procedures related to position assignment.
**General Guidance for Key Knowledge/Skills/ Experience**
- University degree in science or business and a minimum of 5 years of related experience.
- Good understanding of livestock food industries with specific knowledge of the animal health business.
- Proven sales, marketing and general multicultural business knowledge to solve problems and make sound decisions.
- Strong understanding of business activities and drivers in assigned area to effectively determine market opportunities.
- Interpersonal & Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including effective presentation skills.
- Multi language skills for good understanding of the different cultures and clear communication with customers and employees.
**Other Essential Requirements**
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia
- Fluent in English.
