Sales Retention - Merchant Supplies
We are looking for competent, motivated and ambitious Sales Account Officers/Executives to join our team.
If you love finding new business opportunities and managing relationships with existing clients, this job is for you!
Account Officers will communicate directly with clients and prospects, understand their individual needs, and recommend products or services that maximize value.
Also you'll be directly responsible for the maintenance and expansion of our customer base.
We are expecting you to have skills and experience in sales and in customer service, that you are self-driven and result oriented.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
- SMK/SMA with related experience is welcome
- Experience as account manager/business development for minimum 1 year
- Experience in Sales FnB restaurant is preferred
- Able to operate excel / spreadsheet
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good negotiation skills & good time-management skills
- Enthusiastic and passionate
Responsibilities:
- Drive growth in key accounts as measured by deliveries and GMV (Gross Merchandise Value)
- Following up with prospects several times throughout the sales cycle to ensure needs are being met
- Build strong client relationships
- Maintaining a database of contact information
- Drive operational excellence by working with the merchants and operations teams
- Respond to complaints and resolve issues to ensure customer success and satisfaction
- Ready to work from office and on field
