Sales Residential Section Head - Surabaya

**Job Descriptions**:- Develop a sales strategy which includes the preparation of sales plans, prices, payment systems, rewards/commissions for sales.- Coordinate and evaluate brand image enhancement activities carried out through media placements and exhibitions.- Create activities to build business relationships with mass media and vendors related to promotions.- Coordinate sales in the process of approaching current and potential customers, in order to ensure optimal achievement of targets.- Collect and analyze operational reports from sales & promotion activities and achievement progress.**Job Requirements**:- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Marketing Communication, Public Relations, Economics or related major.- Minimum 6 years experience in property Sales & Marketing and 2 years experience in the same position.- Have a Supervisory Skills and Knowledge of promotion, marketing & sales activities in the real estate business.- Willing to be placed in Surabaya.
