As we expand our operations, we are looking for a dedicated Sales Representative to join our team and promote our Japanese cosmetic brand in Jakarta.
**Job Summary**: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to sell our renowned Japanese cosmetic brand in Jakarta.
This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to work from home while achieving sales targets.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Promote and sell our Japanese cosmetic products to customers in Jakarta.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Identify potential new customers and business opportunities.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Prepare sales reports and communicate feedback to the management team.
**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the cosmetics or beauty industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and remotely.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Fluency in both Indonesian and English.
- Familiarity with Japanese products and culture is a plus.
**Salary and Benefits**:

- Monthly salary of 4 million Indonesian Rupiah.
- 10% commission on all sales generated.
- 3-month trial period.
Upon successful completion, you will be invited to visit Japan for comprehensive training.
- Permanent position with Mirai Group Japan???? after the trial period.
