Sales & Operations Intern - Communication & Media (Internship)

Job Description:
Responsible to support communication and media service’s tribe product: TopChat and Broadcast Chat Manage and execute product marketing and business strategies from starting from idea until evaluation Preparing and providing required documentation and report to internal teams & key stakeholders Provide customer insight, by blending data with a deep understanding of user needs, habit, and perceptions develop through targeted interviews, usability studies, a/b testing, and customer feedback Support seasonal projects from respective product Work cross functionally with business, product, data, tech, and other related division depending on the projects Assist in administrative task Minimum Qualifications:
Final year student or recent graduate from reputable University in Business, Engineering, or Management Major Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong analytical thinking Able to work individually and in team Proactive & eager to learn Be able to work full time Monday - Friday Available for minimum 3 months of internship period
