Sales & Operations Development (Associate Payment)

What You Will Do:
- Act as the main PIC and build strong relationships with strategic payment partners.-
- Responsible for managing payment collaboration, including maintaining business and operations.-
- Optimizing payment penetration in Tokopedia's platform.-
- Measure and report the payment performances, share the insight, and assess against goals.-
- Deep dive and solved key issues to support the operational team (CS) and make sure we serve the best payment journey for customers, including complaint handling.-
- Work closely with various teams within the internal Tokopedia team to ensure smooth and effective collaboration.What This Role Needs:
- Bachelor's degree with 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce, bank industry, or fintech company.-
- Excellent written and verbal communication across the team.-
- Proactively and having good problem-solving.-
- Strong track record in operating in complex and dynamic environments.-
- Excellent time management skills and abilities to multi-task and prioritize work in a dynamic environment.-
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills.-
