Lead and manage the end-to-end business process for sales team in digital product

Responsible for monitoring monthly, quarterly and yearly target and achievement for related Digital Products

Responsible for manage sales field productivity, area expansion and burn rate

Responsible for growing sustainability categories

Researching and recommending new opportunities, recommending products & service improvements related to Mitra & Sobat apps

Creating short term and long term strategy for digital products

Responsible for creating fraud prevention system for the whole Mitra Tokopedia ecosystem (Sobat & marketing function)

Manage and mentor regional sales associate team

**Job Requirements**:
Minimum of 3 years experience in managing team

Understanding and experience in handle FMCG or digital products

Demonstrated ability to communicate and influence at all organizational levels and across all functions.
Must be clear, concise, and convincing

Detail-oriented team player with good planning and problem-solving skills who is willing to go the extra mile

Sense of urgency for incident resolutions

Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with mínimal direction
