Sales & Marketing Representative (Semarang)

**Responsibilities**:

- **Independently **manage operations, providing guidance and support to prospective students.
- Implement strategic approaches to meet and exceed individual sales targets for the assigned city.
- Offer comprehensive student consultation on study plans, university choices, and English courses.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with schools and educational partners in the new city.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute effective promotional strategies for overseas study opportunities.
- Represent the institution in promotional activities at education exhibitions, seminars, and interview programs.
**Requirements**:

- Must reside in **SEMARANG**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; a Bachelor's degree in Marketing / Communication is _preferred_.
- Min.
of 2 years of experience in the Educational Sales Industry.
- Proficiency in **English**:

- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with students, staff, and stakeholders.
