Currently, they are looking for Sales Marketing Manager.?Job Description:Create and implement Marketing & Promotion strategies for Landed-Residential Project, including digital campaign strategies and execution plansResponsibilty to encourage the team to reach the target that has been determinedAble to build marketing cooperation with external partiesAble to build an effective marketing system, create marketing analysis and make breakthrough to support Sales & Marketing ActivitiesManage marketing communication, digital marketing and monitor results from various Sales-Marketing activities (such as : joint promotion, sponsorship, advertising, open-table, exhibition, etc)Manage marketing promotion budget (ATL&BTL) effectively and efficientlyJob Requirement:Have a minimum of Bachelor degree in Art, design, CreativeHave a minimum of 5 year experiences in related field is required, preferably in housing/real-estate business.
