Sales Marketing Manager

Assist with tasks needed to keep the client projects and campaigns running smoothly
- Support the production of marketing materials
- Conduct market research to define target audiences for different products/services and create buyer personas
- Perform competitor analysis to identify industry best practices that will help us optimize existing campaigns and ensure the success of future ones
- Produce and edit content like social media posts, videos, and webinars
- Track projects and team activities and assist in standardizing marketing materials
- Create and maintain relationships with customers to better understand and achieve their needs
- Manage a portfolio of accounts
- Make visits to our customers to identify opportunities for growth within our platform
- Lead the marketing team
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to identify and recruit top sales talent
- Mentor employees to help them achieve individual & team objectives
- Develop market strategies by researching lists of high potential prospects
- Presenting, promoting and selling the company's products/services to existing customers and new prospective customers
- Reach the sales target according to the specified deadline
- Ensure customer service satisfaction and provide professional after-sales support to enhance the customers' dedication
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience in Marketing or a related field of study
- 2 years of marketing experience
- Ability to create spreadsheets and analyze quantitative data to interpret targets
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Articulate and well accustomed to a client facing role
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Positive attitude, target-oriented, adaptable, and have the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Pleasant personality and appearance
- Ability and willingness to learn about products and services specifications and benefits
