Sales & Marketing Manager

**Descriptions**:

- Planning, developing and implement, Sales & Marketing policies and strategies.
- Work with management to identify and evaluate market
- Coordinating and controlling marketing in order to support and improve performance in achieving company targets.
- Develop and implement an integrated business plan that includes key strategies, tactics, financial objectives, budgets, channel structure, resource deployment, analyze financial and operating performance against plan and take corrective actions as necessary according to the annual business plan

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree.
- At least ten (5) years experience in management and significant demonstrated experience in any of these fields; business planning, program management, sales B2B, B2C, logistics, and distribution planning.
- Extensive experience in FMCG industry **will be preferable**.
- Target oriented and have a strong drive in achieving the target.
- Solid leadership and strong relationship building.
- Good communication, persuasive and firm presentation skills, highly Initiative, Proactive and Hard Working.
Jenis Pekerjaan: Penuh Waktu

Gaji: Rp8.000.000 - Rp12.000.000 per bulan
