On behalf of our client, a prestigious and luxurious business and office district in North Jakarta , we are looking for a Sales and Marketing Manager.
This role will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, promoting and generating sales, identifying and reaching potential tenants through active networking, engaging in industry groups, building good relationships, and managing the leasing or buying process.

Identify and reach potential tenants through active networking and industry engagement, focusing on building good relationships.
Manage the leasing or buying process.
Manage and lead property preparation based on market needs.
Research and analyze market trends to maintain an understanding of industry shifts.
Collaborate with the property management team to ensure a positive tenant experience.
Manage sales performance reports and handle related administrative tasks.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree.
Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a Property Marketing Manager.
Strong business network with office property management companies and business owners (e.g., logistics, shipping, consumer goods).
Good communication skills, highly self-motivated, and target-oriented.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Work location: North Jakarta.
