- Have strong personality, know how to handle and solve the customer problems
- Have a good communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Possess high integrity, good analytical thinking, able to work both individually and teamwork, self driven and results oriented
- Willing to work with target
- Willing to work under pressure
- Willing to travel out of town when necessary
