**Scope**
- To handle sales inquiries and convert into sales result.
- To develop and generate new sales to achieve sales target.
- To process sales order fulfillment.
- To coordinate sales and marketing strategies and events.
- To manage customer relationship and customer projects.
- To provide first-tier customer service and support to the local and oversea customers.
- To ensure total customer satisfaction.
**Pre-requisites**
- Excellent interpersonal collaboration and coordination skills.
- Fluent communication skills in English is a MUST to communicate with Global customers.
- Conversational Mandarin verbal and written is an added advantage in order to communicate with China based customers.
- Able to work independently with positive thinking and result-orientated.
- Experience in marketing / business development is preferable.
- Project management and coordination skill or experience is an advantage.
- Presentation and negotiation skills are preferable.
- Practical experience in customer relationship management is added advantage.
- Good understanding and interests in computing technology are highly preferable.
- Willing to travel and work over-time and over weekend if and when required.
**Salary**: Rp5,000,000 - Rp9,000,000 per month

- D1-D4 (preferred)

- Customer Service: 1 year (preferred)
